all other shipping rates are calculated through usps, ups, or dhl for all orders. all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.

domestic orders: please allow 1-2 weeks of production time, except for made to order pieces which may vary from a case by case basis. 

once a package is shipped, i have no control over how it is delivered and i do not provide refunds for lost or stolen items. if an item arrives damaged, please email info@lovelomasi.com
